This ring is 19.5 mm or 3/4" wide on the face x 5 mm wide on the bottom. It is hallmarked 316L stainless steel. 316 stainless steel has more carbon in it than 316L. But even though it has less carbon, 316L is very similar to 316 in almost every way.
