This is a pair of Silver coloured cuff links made from Irish Bull FIVE PENCE coins. The earliest are from 1992, latest from 2000. Withdrawn in 2002 so now quite rare. They are highly polished to a mirror finish & then lacquered to prevent tarnishing.
