I HAVE HUNDREDS OF TIE TACKS, TIE BARS AND CUFF LINKS. cuff links: 0.62" x 0.62" (5/8" x 5/8" or 15.5mm x 15.5mm). I always try to point out any clear blemishes and condition. GOOD - used, showing age appropriate signs of use such as minor scratches and minor wear, no cracks or missing pieces.
