Vintage Eagle Tie Bar Clip Chain Gold tone Marked Chicago

Has some wear. It appears to be a gold tone. Shows an eagle on the front, and the back is marked. Part of the marking is worn, but I can make out Chicago. Tie bar measures 1.75" across and 2.25" from top of tie bar to the bottom of the eagle.
