Metal Tie Bar Clip is marked GE on the back. It appears to be a Silverliner IV Commuter Train used by Septa and others. It's a bit over 2" long. Spring loaded clip. It's Non-Magnetic and may be pewter but i'm not sure. See pics for condition, type and size.
