Hi this Seiko i have fitted a new capacitor .also fitted a new watch glass and screw back water seal i have tested this watch is water resist . for every day use. it will easily fit a 7 inch wrist with a lot of slack see photo on my wrist witch is 7 inch . it works perfect and keeping time . with the new capacitor it should be trouble free for years will post royal mail tracked. thanks for your interest
